Binance has regained access to its website in the Philippines after PLDT restored the platform on its network, marking an extension of a SEC-supervised return that remains subject to testing and local compliance requirements.

The move follows a similar restoration by Globe Telecom in May. Binance is returning through BlockShoals Technologies, an SEC-approved crypto asset intermediary that received permission to begin sandbox testing on April 14, 2026.

Philippine peso payment channels remain pending while the operator completes systems integration, including connecting local fiat rails and completing anti-money laundering rules requirements.
