Binance Restricts Transactions With 11 Crypto Platforms Amid EU Sanctions

Binance has restricted transactions linked to 11 digital asset platforms in response to the European Union's sanctions package against Russia. The restrictions follow the EU's decision to expand its transaction ban to include offshore crypto platforms, aimed at blocking sanctions evasion routes to Russia.

The affected platforms include Rapira, Aifory Pro, ABCeX, WhiteBird, NoOnecrypto, Tradex, Monease, BitPapa, Exnode/Exnode Pay, HTX (Huobi Global S.A.), and EXMO Ltd. The restrictions do not constitute delisting of specific cryptocurrencies, but rather focus on whether the counterparty is a sanctions target.

Binance users should expect practical changes, including delayed or blocked transactions linked to these platforms. The exchange will hold transaction processing associated with these platforms pending a compliance review, and temporary restrictions may be applied to related wallets during the review period.
