The restrictions are being implemented in stages and currently affect Shelbit, Aban Tether Exchange, A7 Nigeria, A7 Africa, PilotFinance Ltd, Rapira, Aifory Pro, ABCeX, WhiteBird, NoOnecrypto INC., Tradex, Monease Ltd, BitPapa, Exnode, HTX, and EXMO.

Binance stated that these measures are necessary to maintain a safe and secure environment for users and their assets. The exchange warned that transactions with these platforms may be delayed for compliance review and the restrictions may remain in effect throughout the review period.
