Binance Swallows Largest Single-Day BTC Inflow Amidst Price Lows
A massive influx of Bitcoin into Binance on September 15 marked the largest single-day net inflow in reported observation history, according to CryptoQuant's on-chain data. A staggering 4,617.90 BTC poured into the exchange that day, dwarfing the average daily netflow across all platforms of +877 BTC.
The same week saw Binance's stablecoin transaction activity surge, with an average of 48,230 daily stablecoin deposit transactions - a 190% increase over the quarterly baseline. This influx occurred despite Bitcoin's price hitting a session low of $75,640 on September 15.
Interestingly, ETF flows on September 15 showed outflows, creating a divergence from Binance's inflow activity. The largest Binance inflow coincided with the lowest price of the day, which some may interpret as opportunistic accumulation rather than panic-driven exchange deposits.
