Binance Tightens Oversight with Monitoring Tag and Alpha List Revisions

Binance has added four tokens to its Monitoring Tag list and removed 14 projects from its Alpha featured list in a move aimed at maintaining listing quality.

The tokens now under review are AVA, Gains Network (GNS), Scroll (SCR), and Towns Protocol (TOWNS), which were added to the list on September 4, 2026. The designation signals elevated volatility and risk for these assets, requiring regular reviews against listing criteria.

The Monitoring Tag is not a permanent status, but rather a warning that these assets may be subject to delisting if they fail to meet Binance's standards during periodic evaluations.
