Binance to Remove Four Spot Trading Pairs Amid Ongoing Shake-Up
Binance has announced it will remove four spot trading pairs from its platform as part of an ongoing shake-up. The affected pairs are QNT/BTC, RPL/USDC, SIGN/BNB, and SKL/USDC.
The delisting is set to take place on August 7 at 03:00 (UTC), with Binance citing the need to maintain a high-quality trading market as its reason for doing so. The exchange conducts periodic reviews of all listed spot trading pairs and may delist selected pairs due to factors such as poor liquidity and trading volume.
Additionally, Binance will terminate Spot Trading Bots services for these four spot trading pairs where applicable, advising users to update or cancel their bots prior to the cessation of service to avoid potential losses.
The exchange will also delist six crypto tokens at a later date in August. The affected tokens are Across Protocol (ACX), Hashflow (HFT), PIVX (PIVX), Vulcan Forged PYR (PYR), Vanar (VANRY), and Viction (VIC).
Deposits of these tokens will not be credited to users' accounts after August 18 at 03:00 (UTC), while withdrawals will not be supported after October 17 at 03:00 (UTC). Binance's decision to delist Vanar comes as the exchange will not support its contract swap plan.
