Binance Unveils Agent OS: Enabling AI-Powered Trading with User-Approved Permissions
Binance has launched Agent OS, a platform that allows AI agents to access and trade on behalf of users. The platform connects popular AI tools such as ChatGPT, Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor with Binance's trading infrastructure.
With Agent OS, users can permit AI agents to analyze markets, access account information, and place trades without relying on traditional trading bots.
The exchange has set limits on what AI agents can do, including restrictions on withdrawals, external wallets, and transfers. Users themselves will be responsible for transfers, and the amount deposited into a subaccount will determine how much the agent can trade.
Binance has also introduced subaccounts for spot or futures trading, with regular swaps limited to $50,000 per day and payments through Binance's x402 system restricted to $20 per day.
