Binance Wallet Unveils Tokenized Pre-IPO Access Through PancakeSwap Campaigns

Binance Wallet is expanding its on-chain finance offerings with a Pre-Access program that provides tokenized exposure to private companies before possible listings.

The program, launched through PancakeSwap campaigns, allows eligible users to access private-market allocation without holding Binance Wallet or accessing PancakeSwap directly.

Eligible participants can increase their subscription quotas using Binance Alpha Points, bStocks trading volume, and token holdings.

The Pre-Access program is based on a tokenized private-market subscription model rather than a conventional pre-IPO share sale.
