Binance's Tokenized Equities Product Surpasses $500M AUM

Binance's tokenized equities product, bStocks, has reached $500 million in assets under management (AUM) seven months after hitting $250 million. This growth indicates that retail users still want fractional equity exposure wrapped in crypto infrastructure.

The product allows users to buy tokens representing fractional shares of listed companies like Tesla or Apple, settled through a licensed intermediary and backed by actual underlying equities held in custody.

While the AUM is modest compared to Binance's spot and derivatives volumes, the pace of growth signals that tokenized equity demand hasn't plateaued among the exchange's user base. This matters as the broader tokenization sector has been gathering institutional weight.
