Bitari, a Bitcoin mining infrastructure operator, plans to list on Nasdaq under the ticker BIAI after raising $30 million through an initial public offering (IPO). The company will offer about 4.29 million shares at $7 each, with 40% of net proceeds directed toward strategic acquisitions and investments.

Bitari's current network consists of three locations in Texas and Indiana with approximately 60 MW of operating or contracted capacity. The company generates most of its income through hosting fees and electricity margins between the power it purchases and the rate charged to customers.

The IPO filing sets out the proposed transaction, which would introduce substantial new capital while leaving control concentrated with existing majority shareholder Pei Zhao. Investors should consider the amount raised, the company's planned use of the money, and the ownership received by public buyers as part of their analysis.
