The Bitcoin price bounced back towards $65K on Wednesday after Qatar revealed that mediators were exchanging draft proposals to restart negotiations and ease tensions around the Strait of Hormuz.

Qatar's Foreign Ministry spokesperson, Majed Al-Ansari, stated that diplomatic contacts had reached advanced stages, with Qatar, Pakistan, and Oman coordinating efforts and exchanging draft proposals between Washington and Tehran.

The discussions focus on restoring negotiations and reducing the risk of another military escalation. However, Al-Ansari cautioned that no final agreement or clear timetable had been confirmed.

The BTC price recovered from the $62,400, $62,500 support area and traded near $63,960 during the session. Bitcoin then entered a consolidation range between $63,500 and $64,000 as traders assessed the strength of the recovery.
