Bitcoin Breaks Above 365-Day Moving Average in Bullish Signal
Bitcoin's price has broken through its 365-day moving average, confirming bullish signals according to CryptoQuant. This technical pattern recovery is considered a key confirmation signal of an ongoing bull cycle. The price rebounded above $83,000 on September 22 and has since climbed above the annual average.
CryptoQuant emphasizes that sustained trading above the 365-day moving average remains the definitive quantitative benchmark for confirming a bull market. This breakout has pushed Bitcoin's valuation 6.4% above its annual average, signaling the end of the correction phase and a return of capital.
Julio Moreno, head of research at CryptoQuant, notes that if the price holds the $83,000 support level, it could aim for targets between $90,000 and $100,000. However, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) has risen to 68.5, signaling short-term market overheating and suggesting a consolidation phase is likely ahead.
Market attention is focused on the weekly close on September 27 and the settlement of quarterly Bitcoin options expiring on September 25, 2026. These critical dates will determine whether Bitcoin can firmly hold its newly established support levels.
