Bitcoin Breaks Out Above EMAs as Ethereum and Solana Gain Traction
Bitcoin's price continued its upward trend on Friday, reaching $74,700 as it extended its breakout above major Exponential Moving Averages (EMAs). The 50-day, 100-day and 200-day EMAs at $65,286, $66,727 and $71,545 are well below the current price, indicating a strong uptrend.
Ethena's price increased by 6% on Friday, following a 25% rally the previous day. The asset is still trading above its 50-day EMA at $0.0888 but remains capped below its 200-day EMA at $0.1239. Momentum indicators remain constructive, with the MACD maintaining a positive slope and the RSI hovering near 78.
Solana's price has extended its weekly gains, rising by more than 19% so far this week. The asset is approaching its key 200-day EMA at $89 on Friday, driven by the US Treasury's decision to double its debt buyback operations and increasing institutional demand for SOL.
