Bitcoin's performance in September has been on a positive trajectory so far. Compared to previous years, this month is shaping up to be one of the best for Bitcoin yet.

According to data, since 2015, September has historically been a challenging period for Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. This phenomenon has become known as the 'Red September Curse'. However, it appears that this year's trend may be bucking this pattern.

A look at Bitcoin's performance in recent years reveals some interesting insights. In 2022, Bitcoin saw a significant decline in value during September, losing over 20% of its market capitalization. Similarly, in 2019, the cryptocurrency suffered a steep drop in price, plummeting by more than 40%.

This year, however, the narrative seems to be different. As of now, Bitcoin is trading at an all-time high for September, with prices exceeding $20,000.
