Bitcoin Bull Signal Hits Record High as $83K Confirmation Test Looms
CryptoQuant's Bull Score has surged to 80, its highest reading since October 6, 2025, indicating a rapid shift in Bitcoin's on-chain and derivatives signals. This increase follows a 24% gain since August 17 and a move to $80,000. Eight of the ten indicators that feed the score are now bullish.
The Bull Score measures the breadth of Bitcoin's demand base and investor behavior, not just price momentum. The rapid shift in network activity and demand suggests buyers are not simply using leverage to chase price; spot participants are also absorbing supply. Apparent spot demand is growing at the fastest monthly pace since late December.
Confirmation still requires a daily close above the 365-day moving average near $83,000. This level is only about 3.75% above the reported $80,000 print. However, the final approach can be crowded with short-term positioning and competing pressures from fresh demand against profit-taking by larger holders.
