Bitcoin Bulls Target $93K as Fifth Wave Breakout Unfolds
According to an Elliott Wave Principle analysis, Bitcoin is poised for a breakout above $93,000 as it enters the fifth wave of its current advance. The potential five-wave sequence from the July 1 low remains intact, with a high-probability completion of the fourth wave off that low and a shift into a fifth-wave advance. A classic bull flag has formed, with a measured-move projection pointing towards $93,000 as an ideal target.
The analysis suggests that if the current sequence completes as projected, it would confirm that the July 1 low was an important cycle low, marking the end of the bear market and the beginning of a new cycle. The next larger-degree targets would then open up towards the $164K-$216K Fibonacci zone for the fifth wave of the new cycle.
However, there is still some risk involved, as a failure to hold above today's low or the warning levels could force a reassessment of the impulsive count and reopen the possibility of a deeper correction. The weight of the evidence currently favors the bulls targeting the $85K-$95K region in the weeks ahead.
