Bitcoin Correction May be Imminent Ahead of $100,000 Rally
Cryptocurrency expert Ali Martinez believes that Bitcoin may be on the verge of a correction before a potential upsurge towards $100,000. According to Martinez, the recent chart patterns are reminiscent of the '2022-2023 bottoming structure' when Bitcoin broke the resistance trendline and temporarily fell after testing the August 2022 highs.
The expert notes that on-chain trader profit margins have reached 25%, a phenomenon that often precedes significant profit-taking. Martinez predicts that the first attempt at breaching the $83,307 resistance will fail, with two likely zones where Bitcoin could halt its short-term downtrend: between $76,996 and $78,258, or close to $63,111.
These regions may present excellent buying opportunities before the expected upsurge back towards $100,000. Multiple major banks have predicted that Bitcoin will end the year at or above $100,000, and Ali Martinez himself forecasted BTC's cycle bottom in early October.
