Bitcoin Could Soar Past $1 Million as AI Fuels Tokenization Demand
Jordi Visser, Head of Macro Research at 22V, believes that Bitcoin could reach $1 million in value due to AI-driven demand for tokenization. He estimates that the total crypto market value will expand to $100 trillion, with Bitcoin representing one-third of that market, which would put its valuation at around $33 trillion.
Currently, the crypto market capitalization is near $2 trillion, meaning a 10x to 15x gain would be required for Bitcoin to reach Visser's predicted value. The analyst also thinks that Ethereum and Solana will benefit from tokenization and AI-agent transactions, making them among the biggest beneficiaries of crypto's next phase.
Visser notes that every bank is talking about tokenization, which could make Ethereum and Solana more attractive to Wall Street investors due to their brand recognition, liquidity, and developer ecosystems. However, he also mentions that Bitcoin has historically been a store of value and collateral, suggesting it will continue to be relevant in the market.
In the short term, Visser sees $82,000 as natural resistance for Bitcoin, with $74,000 as important support near the 200-day moving average. He notes that reclaims of this level have historically been favorable setups, but also warns that the market may need to work through resistance and a rotation away from crowded AI-infrastructure trades before crypto attracts sustained new capital.
