Bitcoin Defends Key Support Level as Rally Awaits
Bitcoin has shown resilience in the face of volatility, as it stabilized near $77,100 after a sharp intraday drop triggered by hawkish Federal Reserve comments. The cryptocurrency's price had dipped below $77,000 but managed to recover and is now consolidating around $78,000.
The defense of this support level has sparked hopes for another upward move in Bitcoin's price. Institutional investors like Strategy, led by Michael Saylor, continue to accumulate Bitcoin, which reinforces confidence in the asset.
However, breaking above the $80,000-$81,000 resistance will be crucial to sustaining the rally after a strong third-quarter gain of over 32%. The challenge ahead is significant, and analysts highlight that sustained spot ETF demand and institutional buying are essential to support the rally.
