Crypto funds closed the week with approximately $205.8 million of net inflows on Friday, September 4, as institutional demand for Bitcoin continued to drive market activity.

The largest single-day inflow into Bitcoin funds since January was recorded on Thursday, when $730.8 million entered major crypto funds. However, this slowed down significantly on Friday, with Bitcoin ETFs attracting $174.6 million.

BlackRock's IBIT accounted for $117.4 million of the Bitcoin inflows, while Fidelity's FBTC added $57.2 million. The remaining tracked U.S. Bitcoin ETFs recorded zero net flow for the session.

Ether spot ETFs also experienced a positive session, with $25.9 million of net inflows, primarily driven by BlackRock's ETHA and Bitwise's ETHB. Solana ETFs, on the other hand, saw $5.2 million of net outflows.

The total institutional demand for Bitcoin over the last five sessions has been substantial, with approximately $986.7 million entering the market despite a negative start to September.
