Bitcoin ETF Adds $100 Million as Altcoin Products See Red
The cryptocurrency market saw a mixed reaction to investor demand for ETFs on September 2. While Bitcoin's spot ETFs attracted new investment, Ethereum, XRP, and Solana products experienced daily net outflows.
BTC's spot ETFs drew in $101.15 million in net inflows during the session, boosting their total net assets to $97.22 billion and cumulative net inflows to around $54.73 billion. Their daily trading volume was approximately $1.73 billion.
Ethereum ETFs, however, saw daily net outflows of $48.08 million despite maintaining positive 30-day flows of $1.83 billion. Cumulative net inflows for Ethereum are still around $13.03 billion.
XRP experienced even greater withdrawals, with five XRP ETF products recording outflows of $57.20 million. However, cumulative net inflows remain approximately $1.68 billion, and 30-day figures are still positive at $165.22 million.
