This figure has bounced up from a trough near $50B, with late August and early September 2026 seeing a vigorous stretch of buying, with approximately $3.8B pouring into spot Bitcoin ETFs over roughly three weeks.

Total assets under management briefly surpassed the $101B threshold but then saw sharp outflows in mid-September, including single-day net reductions of $296M and $450M on September 15 and 16 respectively.

The current total Bitcoin held across all ETF products is around 649K BTC, with net asset values fluctuating between roughly $95B and $103B depending on Bitcoin's price at any given moment.
