Bitcoin ETF Inflows Signal Institutional Demand, But Not Everyone Is Optimistic
Bitcoin held above $86,000 despite some volatility in the crypto market, as U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs attracted nearly $1 billion in net inflows. This signaled renewed institutional demand for the leading cryptocurrency.
The influx of capital into Bitcoin was so significant that it even drew attention from traders and analysts, with one trader noting that 'real capital is coming back.' He believes this could be a sign that the bottom may already be in for BTC.
However, not all assets were immune to the market's fluctuations. XRP and Dogecoin showed notable gains, while other cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Cash, NEAR Protocol, and Quant also rose in value. Meanwhile, nearly 94,000 traders were liquidated in the past 24 hours for a total of $437.68 million.
Despite these developments, not everyone is optimistic about the future of the market. One analyst has even predicted a potential pullback for Bitcoin, which could see it retest the $80,000 level before potentially extending towards $89,000.
