Bitcoin ETF Inflows Suddenly Turn Positive as Market Sees Uptick
The Bitcoin ETF market has experienced a significant turnaround in recent weeks, with inflows suddenly turning positive for 2026. According to data compiled by Bloomberg, these products have attracted roughly $320 million worth of funds this year, after initially being deeply in the red earlier in the year.
This shift has occurred over the past month, with a whopping $4.9 billion worth of funds poured into the products since August 19th, the day when the U.S. Treasury announced buybacks of longer-dated bonds. This was considered to be the turning point for the cryptocurrency market that likely kicked off the current rally.
BTC has surged by roughly 35% since then, recently topping the $87,000 level after spending much of the year struggling below $80,000. However, it has since slipped below the $85,000 level due to extreme selling pressure.
