Bitcoin ETF Inflows Surge as Institutions Eye Devaluation

Bitcoin's exchange-traded funds (ETFs) saw their biggest inflows since October 2025, with $2.39 billion pouring in for the week ending September 25. This surge in institutional confidence suggests a brighter outlook for Bitcoin.

The U.S. spot price of Bitcoin has remained below its record high of over $126,000, which it reached on October 6, 2025. Rising interest rates and Treasury yields have driven investors towards more conservative investments, while competitive pressure from stablecoins and smaller altcoins also weighs on the market.

However, two potential catalysts could be fueling institutional purchases: the U.S. national debt crossing $40 trillion in August, and the fourth quarter's historically strong performance for digital assets.
