Bitcoin ETF Inflows Surge to Nearly $1 Billion Amid Sideways Trading
Despite Bitcoin's sideways trading around $86,000, institutional sentiment remains robust with nearly $1 billion flowing into U.S. spot exchange-traded funds (ETFs) in a single day.
This marks the largest single-day inflow since October 6 of last year when Bitcoin hit its all-time high, and ranks as the ninth-largest daily inflow since the ETFs launched.
Bitcoin is currently trading at $86,458, up 0.09% from 24 hours earlier, essentially flat. The altcoin market showed clear divergence across individual tokens, with Solana edging up 0.07%, XRP surging 3.53%, BNB slipping 0.94%, and Ethereum falling 0.49%.
Sentiment indicators point to overheating conditions, with the crypto market's Fear & Greed Index climbing to 78, entering 'extreme greed' territory.
