Bitcoin ETFs Attract Record $2.39 Billion Inflows Amid Rising Crypto Appetite
U.S. spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) saw their largest weekly inflows in over a year, with $2.39 billion pouring in last week. This surpasses the previous high of $1.92 billion recorded in August.
The surge in inflows has pushed year-to-date net flows for the 11 U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs to roughly $926 million. Notably, this figure had been deep in negative territory as recently as early July, with a deficit of approximately $5.55 billion.
Bitcoin traded around $83,116 at the time of reporting, down 1.6% over the prior 24 hours but still up 1.7% on the week. The Crypto Fear & Greed Index stood at 74, indicating that the ETF inflows are part of a broader shift in institutional and retail positioning.
Spot Ether ETFs attracted roughly $690 million in net inflows during the same week, while spot XRP ETFs added approximately $76 million. Combined net flows across Bitcoin, Ether, and XRP ETFs exceeded $3.15 billion for the week.
