Bitcoin ETFs Extend Inflow Streak as Ether ETFs See Outflows
US spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) have now seen three weeks of positive net inflows, according to data from SoSoValue. Last week alone, these funds attracted $241.1 million, pushing cumulative net inflows to $57.8 billion. The previous two weeks had also seen inflows of $2.4 billion and $6.2 million, respectively, bringing the year-to-date total to approximately $1.2 billion.
In contrast, Ether ETFs experienced a shift back to net outflows, losing $138 million after gaining $690 million the prior week. Despite this, year-to-date net inflows for Ether ETFs remain at around $1.5 billion.
Bitcoin was trading at about $86,200 at the time of publication, reflecting a 3.7% increase over the past week. Ether also saw a rise, trading at approximately $2,727, up 3% over the same period.
Other altcoin ETFs showed mixed results. Zcash funds recorded their first weekly outflow on record, shedding around $94 million, while Solana and XRP ETFs continued their inflow streaks, adding $2.4 million and $4.7 million, respectively.
The overall crypto market sentiment softened slightly. Alternative.me’s Crypto Fear & Greed Index remained in “Greed” territory at 70, down from 74.
