Bitcoin ETFs Pour In $486M Over Two Days Amid Market Maturation
Bitcoin ETFs have seen significant inflows in the past two days, totaling $486.85 million. This brings their total to just shy of $1 billion since January, with only an additional $513 million needed to reach that milestone.
The majority of these inflows came on Monday, when $297.56 million flowed into the market, followed by a further $189.30 million on Tuesday. BlackRock's IBIT led the way on Tuesday, capturing 76% of total inflows with $143.57 million.
CryptoQuant has suggested that Bitcoin's spot demand may be turning positive for the first time since February, which historically precedes an 18.1% median gain over the following 60 days, with a win rate of 87% at current valuations.
However, some experts are cautioning against reading too much into this trend. Edmond Goh, global head of trading at B2C2, attributed the compression in volatility to market maturation and increased institutional participation. Others have pointed out that corporate treasury selling is keeping a ceiling on rallies, while short-horizon traders have rotated into other markets offering higher returns.
