Bitcoin ETFs Rally With $170M Inflows After Brutal Selloff
After last week's brutal selloff that saw $265 million in net outflows from US spot Bitcoin ETFs, seven of the 12 listed funds have staged a significant rebound. On August 3, these funds collectively attracted $170.1 million in new capital, marking a notable shift from the previous session.
BlackRock's IBIT fund remained the largest contributor to this inflow, supplying $111.4 million, or 65.5% of the total. However, the rebound is notable for its broader participation, with six other funds reporting positive net flows: Fidelity's FBTC at $33.4 million, EZBC at $9.2 million, BTCO at $6.7 million, HODL at $4.5 million, BITB and ARKB each adding $2.8 million and $2.1 million respectively.
This resurgence in inflows is a welcome sign for the Bitcoin ETF market, which has faced significant volatility in recent weeks. The concentration of these flows within IBIT, however, may raise concerns about its dominance, particularly if this trend persists across multiple sessions.
