Bitcoin ETFs See Fresh Inflows as Ethereum Funds Suffer Net Outflows
Bitcoin and Ethereum exchange-traded funds (ETFs) diverged in the final week of September, with Bitcoin products pulling in fresh capital while their Ethereum counterparts suffered net outflows.
According to Farside Investors, Bitcoin ETFs recorded provisional net inflows of $82.9 million for the trading week spanning Sept. 28 through Oct. 2, a significant decline from the $2.39 billion they attracted the previous week.
Ethereum funds, on the other hand, posted $118 million in net outflows over the same period, reversing their prior-week surge of $689.8 million and ending a seven-day inflow streak that had drawn $850.6 million into the products.
BlackRock's IBIT led the complex with $292 million in net inflows across Monday through Thursday, while Fidelity's FBTC recorded $167.9 million in weekly net outflows.
