Bitcoin ETFs See Massive Inflow Amid Soaring Bitcoin Prices
U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs have seen a significant rebound in 2026 after experiencing net outflows earlier this year.
The funds attracted $4.6 billion in net inflows from August 19 through September 23, marking a reversal of the year's losses as Bitcoin (BTC) rose above $80,000.
Bitcoin gained roughly 35% during this period and climbed above $86,000, while the combined inflows reached $999 million on September 21 and $714.7 million on September 22.
The rebound coincided with the U.S. Treasury's August 19 announcement that it would at least double liquidity-support buybacks for longer-dated nominal Treasury securities.
