Bitcoin ETFs Soar to New Heights Amid Strong Crypto Demand
US Bitcoin ETFs and Ethereum ETFs have seen significant inflows in recent days. On September 4, US spot Bitcoin ETFs attracted $175 million in net inflows, while Ethereum ETFs gained $26.46 million. These inflows follow a record $731 million Bitcoin ETF inflow on September 3, led by BlackRock's IBIT fund.
Since their launch in January 2024, Bitcoin ETFs have amassed $55.44 billion in net inflows, with assets totaling $103.34 billion, about 6.3% of Bitcoin's market cap. Ethereum ETFs have $13.17 billion in cumulative inflows and $15.92 billion in assets under management.
The recent inflows coincide with Bitcoin trading above $80,000 and Ethereum surpassing $2,500, supported by dovish Fed commentary encouraging risk-taking.
