The U.S. spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) saw a significant reversal in investor sentiment on July 31, recording net outflows of approximately $265.4 million. This marks a shift from the prior two sessions, during which these products attracted a combined inflow of roughly $123 million.

The largest single-day withdrawal was seen by BlackRock's IBIT, with $122.7 million leaving the fund. Fidelity's FBTC followed closely behind with $54.8 million in outflows, while Grayscale's GBTC reported $52.6 million in net redemptions.

This sudden shift highlights the sensitivity of these products to short-term market conditions and macroeconomic signals. Institutional investors, who have been driving ETF flows, appear to be taking a more cautious stance after a strong rally earlier in the month.
