Bitcoin ETFs Surge to $1B Daily Inflows Amid Bull Market Signals
Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) saw their largest daily net inflows of $998.9 million on Monday, surpassing the previous high of $844 million set in January. This influx of capital into US spot Bitcoin ETFs is a significant development, with BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust leading the charge at $381 million.
The surge in demand for Bitcoin ETFs has pushed the price of Bitcoin up 4.7% over the past 24 hours to $85,430. Over the past month, the cryptocurrency has increased by 12.3%. Julio Moreno from CryptoQuant noted that Bitcoin's move above its 365-day moving average is a key signal indicating a new bull market.
Other notable ETFs, such as ARK 21Shares Bitcoin ETF and Fidelity's Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund, also saw significant inflows at $289 million and $239 million respectively. US spot Ether ETFs attracted around $270 million on Monday, their largest daily inflow of the year so far.
While this influx of capital is a positive sign for Bitcoin and the broader cryptocurrency market, it's worth noting that US spot Bitcoin ETFs have posted net outflows of about $464 million in 2026 up to this point.
