Bitcoin ETFs Surpass $2B Inflows as Investors Bet on BTC Price Recovery
Bitcoin ETFs saw significant inflows last week, totaling $2.4 billion on the week ending September 25th. This is the largest weekly inflow since October 2025, and it's enough to reverse their previously negative performance for this year.
The total net inflows peaked at $999 million on September 21st, led by BlackRock's IBIT with $381.4 million. Fidelity's FBTC followed with $238.8 million, and ARKB recorded $289.1 million in inflows.
Despite a weak macroeconomic backdrop, which included a high U.S. 10-year Treasury yield of 5.12% on September 23rd and expectations of another rate hike from the Fed, Bitcoin recovered from around $75,000 to above $87,000 last week.
This strong demand for Bitcoin ETFs was despite falling Brent crude prices below $100, which offered some potential relief on inflation. However, the current market conditions are raising red flags as Bitcoin's price dropped 2% in the past 24 hours.
