Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP Climb Amid Treasury Yields Pressure
On Sunday, leading cryptocurrencies Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, and Dogecoin rose in value amidst market pressure from Treasury yields and the Federal Reserve's interest rate policy cues.
BTCUSD surged by 2.20% to reach $86,599.44, while ETHUSD gained 1.30% to $2,727.14. XRP XRPUSD rose 2.30% to $1.52, and Dogecoin DOGEUSD increased 4.00% to $0.09656.
Ali Martinez, a widely followed cryptocurrency analyst, noted that Bitcoin's recent Sunday gains have reversed into Monday declines, while Sunday declines have preceded rebounds.
Bitcoin's long-term holders have made it through the latest downturn without being pushed into losses, according to a Glassnode chart. This is the first time in over a decade that this has occurred.
