Bitcoin Extends Dominance Over Ethereum for Record 812 Days
Bitcoin has maintained its dominance over Ethereum in the crucial Market Value to Realized Value (MVRV) ratio for an unprecedented 812 consecutive days, according to new research from Glassnode.
This disparity highlights a fundamental shift in market sentiment toward Bitcoin, with investors consistently realizing greater returns and attracting substantial capital inflows. Since November 2022, Bitcoin has drawn approximately $468 billion in investment, compared to Ethereum's modest $61 billion during the same period.
The MVRV ratio gap between the two assets represents a significant structural change in how investors view them, with Bitcoin emerging as the preferred store of value in the digital asset space. The persistence of this divergence raises questions about whether Ethereum can recapture its previous momentum or if Bitcoin will continue to solidify its position.
