Bitcoin Faces Critical Test After 27% Surge
Bitcoin has experienced a significant surge in value over the past month, rising by approximately 27%. This increase in price has reignited market optimism, but doubts about its sustainability remain. Chris Sullivan, co-founder of crypto asset hedge fund Hyperion Decimus, noted that the current rebound intensity is facing a critical test and will be measured by the pullback trajectory.
According to Sullivan, Bitcoin has entered clearly overbought territory after such a sharp advance, making a short-term correction a normal technical adjustment. If the decline continues, the $67,000 to $70,000 range is expected to form the primary support zone, attracting buying interest and stabilizing prices.
The key to understanding market health lies in the market's reaction strength within that support zone, which will directly determine the short-term direction. Sullivan emphasized that the pullback itself is not the main concern, but rather the market's reaction.
