Bitcoin Faces Crucial Support Test at $73K Amid Fluctuating Prices
Bitcoin's price has been fluctuating, trading near $77,700 on August 29 after a sharp pullback. The crypto asset is currently testing an important support level above $73,880.
The MVRV pricing-band structure, created by Ali Charts, shows that holding above the -0.5 band at $73,880 would preserve the chart's broader structure and leave $100,052 as the next major valuation target.
A separate four-hour chart from Sheldon Diedericks indicates a potential support zone between $73,004 and $74,647 if selling pressure continues.
For bulls, an early sign of improvement would be a recovery through the broken channel area around $79,000, followed by another test of $80,000-$81,000. Defending the broader $73,000-$74,000 region would keep both chart-based scenarios aligned with the possibility of a larger rebound.
However, a decisive break below $73,000 would invalidate the recovery setup and put Bitcoin below Ali Charts' $73,880 MVRV support.
