Bitcoin Hashrate Rises as Price Rebounds Above $81,000

The Bitcoin price has recovered to over $81,000 after falling close to $75,000. This rebound has brought attention back to key levels above the current price.

CW8900 noted that a rise in the Bitcoin hashrate reflects increased miner activity across the network. With higher prices making mining more attractive, this is not surprising.

The increase in hashrate also means miners are spending more resources on mining, which can push up costs and indicate a higher value for BTC. Historically, rising hashrate has been linked to bullish periods, but it does not guarantee a price increase.

Glassnode identified the corporate treasury cost basis near $80,000 as the next major level to watch, along with the ETF cost basis around $85,000. These figures provide clear points for traders to follow as Bitcoin prices move higher.
