Bitcoin Hits Accumulation Zone but Final Bottom Not Confirmed

CryptoQuant analyst says Bitcoin is in an accumulation zone, but it's unclear if this marks the bottom of the market. According to the analyst, the Adaptive Sell-side Risk Ratio has dropped to 0.031, a level that places it in the bottom 3% of the current halving cycle.

The Adaptive Sell-side Risk Ratio measures the balance between coins held at a profit and those at a loss, indicating overall selling pressure in the market. A reading as low as 0.031 suggests significant stress, with deteriorating confidence among participants. Historically, such low readings have appeared during the later stages of a bear market, when most sellers have already exited.

While this accumulation zone is often viewed as a period where institutional and long-term investors build positions at lower prices, the analyst cautions that it does not automatically mean Bitcoin has reached its final bottom. The market could still face further downside if macroeconomic conditions worsen or regulatory news creates additional pressure.
