Bitcoin Hits Accumulation Zone But Market Bottom Still Uncertain
Bitcoin has entered an accumulation zone, according to CryptoQuant analyst, but it's not yet clear if this marks the bottom of the market. The Adaptive Sell-side Risk Ratio has dropped to 0.031, a level that places it in the bottom 3% of the current halving cycle. This metric measures the balance between coins held at a profit and those at a loss, reflecting overall selling pressure.
Historically, low readings on this ratio have appeared during the later stages of bear markets when most sellers have exited and the market begins to stabilize. However, the analyst cautioned that this does not automatically mean Bitcoin has reached its final bottom.
