Bitcoin Hits Highest Price in Three Months Before Pulling Back
Bitcoin has reached its highest price in three months, touching $81,455 before pulling back. This marks the first time Bitcoin has been at this level since May 15, when it was rejected at $82,800 and began a slide that bottomed near $57,000.
The broader market structure remains constructive, with gold adding 0.2% and silver up over 2%. Nasdaq 100 index futures are down 0.3%, extending a divergence evident since the U.S. Treasury's bond buyback announcement on August 19.
Since then, Bitcoin has gained roughly 26%. The Altcoin Season indicator remains at 34/100, well within bitcoin-dominated territory.
