Bitcoin Price Surge Lifts 70% of Circulating Supply to Profit
Nearly 70% of Bitcoin's circulating supply is now profitable following a recent price surge from around $62,000 to $80,000. This significant recovery indicates increased investor confidence as many holders are now above their purchase prices.
However, despite this positive metric, approximately $617 billion worth of Bitcoin investments remain at a loss, suggesting that a substantial portion of invested capital has yet to break even.
The data also shows that some dormant Bitcoin tokens contribute to the high profit percentage, making the overall outlook mixed rather than fully bullish. This indicates that not all investors are benefiting from the recent price increase.
