Bitcoin Hits Three-Month High, Crypto Stocks Surge
Crypto stocks have surged in recent days as Bitcoin reached its highest level in three months. The world's largest cryptocurrency, Bitcoin, has seen a significant increase of 4.8% and is now valued at $81,105.73.
This uptick in value comes after U.S. President Donald Trump urged Congress to pass a crypto bill, providing support for the cryptocurrency. Additionally, the Treasury Department's move to support long-dated bonds has contributed to Bitcoin's rally.
Crypto exchange Coinbase Global saw a 10.6% increase, while Strategy, a bitcoin-focused company, gained 15%. Trading platforms Robinhood Markets and Webull also rose by 16.3% and 12%, respectively.
Cryptocurrency mining companies such as Riot Platforms, Mara Holdings, and Bit Digital have posted gains of 11.4%, 10%, and 15.8%, respectively.
