Crypto stocks surged on Thursday as Bitcoin reached its highest level in three months. The world's largest cryptocurrency, Bitcoin, increased by 4.8% to $81,105.73. This jump was reflected in U.S.-listed cryptocurrency stocks, with Coinbase Global (NASDAQ:COIN) rising 10.6% and Strategy (NASDAQ:MSTR) gaining 15%. Other companies also saw significant gains, including Robinhood Markets (NASDAQ:HOOD), which rose 16.3%, and Webull (NYSE:BULL), which added 12%. The rally in Bitcoin was attributed to recent events, including a call from U.S. President Donald Trump for Congress to pass a crypto bill and support from the Treasury Department's move to back long-dated bonds.

Cryptocurrency mining companies also saw gains, with Riot Platforms (NASDAQ:RIOT) climbing 11.4% and Mara Holdings (NASDAQ:MARA) rising 10%. The shares of American Bitcoin (NASDAQ:ABTC), backed by two eldest sons of President Trump, surged 18.4%. Meanwhile, Circle Internet (NYSE:CRCL), a stablecoin issuer, gained 15.8%, while Canaan (NASDAQ:CAN), a maker of bitcoin mining machines, jumped 23.4%.
