Bitcoin has maintained its position above $64,000 as investors await the decision on the CLARITY Act before Congress breaks for its August recess.

The recent developments saw Coinglass data show 95,106 traders were liquidated in the past 24 hours, resulting in a loss of $226.24 million.

SoSoValue data revealed net inflows of $244.4 million from spot Bitcoin ETFs on Wednesday and $60.86 million from Ethereum ETFs.

Ted Pillows predicts that Bitcoin's weekly close will determine its next major move, with a possible rally towards $74,000 if it closes above $65,000 or a decline to $50,000 if it closes below $60,000.
