Bitcoin Holds Key Support Amid Volatility
Bitcoin may be poised for another upward move after holding onto key support despite a significant intraday decline, according to prominent crypto trader DonAlt.
The largest cryptocurrency has seen a strong August and Q3 recovery, with prices rising sharply from the $64,700 area earlier in the month. Bitcoin briefly touched $81,000 before retreating toward $77,000, but instead of extending the decline, it stabilized and began recovering, indicating that buyers remain active below the $78,000 level.
Strategy, a business intelligence company led by Michael Saylor, continued to purchase BTC during this time, acquiring another 4,603 units for approximately $369.7 million between August 24th and 30th at an average price of $80,318.
