Bitcoin Holds Near $83K Amid Weakening Momentum
Bitcoin is trading near $83,000 on Wednesday, with bulls struggling to defend this level and maintain momentum. The price of Bitcoin has been steady above key levels, including the 50-day, 100-day, and 200-day Moving Average Exponentials (EMAs). However, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) is at 58, suggesting that upside momentum may be losing steam.
Ethereum is also under pressure, trading below $2,700 for two consecutive days. Despite this, the smart contract token maintains a bullish near-term bias, with price holding above key EMAs. The 50-day EMA at $2,446 and the 100-day EMA at $2,282 provide support, but Ethereum's momentum is waning.
Ripple (XRP) is trading near $1.50, a level that could be defended by bulls to regain trend control. If XRP can hold this level, it may attempt to break through the September highs of $1.66 and the August peak of $1.70.
